Seating Cards & Signs

Escort Cards

Escort Cards direct guests to their tables, but not to a specific seat.

Place Cards

Used as part of a tablescape, Place Cards direct guests to a specific seat at the table.

Table Numbers

Table numbers work in tandem with escort cards or seating charts to direct guests to their tables. Table signs can be anything - they could be numbers, state names, band names, or anything in between.

Seating Charts

In lieu of escort cards, guests may be directed to their tables by a seating chart. There are many different options for seating charts, from wood and acrylic to glass and paper scroll. I would be happy to work wit you to create your dream seating chart.

Signs

If your occasion pushes into multiple spaces, I recommend having signs designating the Ceremony and Reception Spaces. Additional Signs frequently used include: Welcome Sign and Guestbook Sign.
